• Submit your name and phone number via our order form
• We will call to confirm your delivery address and complete the order
• No prepayment is required - you pay on delivery
• By placing an order, you enter into a binding contract with us

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon delivery. You can pay in cash or by debit/credit card to the courier. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Delivery

• We dispatch within 1-2 working days of confirmation
• Delivery times are 2-5 working days depending on your location
• Delivery address must be within the United Kingdom
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery

7. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return unopened packages within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund under Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. Once opened, products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. See our Refund Policy for full details.
